The deliverable is a report you can discuss and interrogate, with the assumptions left visible.

Feasibility tests a development proposition. A market study examines the market around it. Site selection compares locations. Pro forma and sensitivity work tests assumptions and financial scenarios. Ownership and portfolio research connects holdings and their context. Start with the decision you need to make; we can identify the right scope from there.

AI helps assemble, connect, and analyze the evidence. That does not make the finished study a one-click verdict. The question, source checks, reasoning, presentation, and review are part of the work. You should be able to ask why a conclusion follows—and hear something more useful than “the model said so.”

A report cover, a selected page from the study, and the story of the assignment: the question, what Signal Intelligence did, and the principal findings. Client-sensitive details may be withheld or anonymized. Examples describe the work at the time of the study, not a current valuation or a promise of the same outcome.

We agree on the question, geography, required evidence, and deliverable before the work begins. Data availability and the complexity of the decision affect the scope. Bring the actual problem to the conversation; a report is only useful if it answers the question you are trying to act on.
