HAL is your CRE AI Assistant: a conversational interface to Signal Intelligence and its connected work. You can start with a question about a property, a client requirement, or the next task instead of starting with a stack of disconnected tabs. The experience depends on the information and tools available to your account.

Research a property, compare selected options, summarize deal context, prepare a document draft, or work through an update to CRM information. The useful starting point is the task and its context. Ask for the supporting sources and check the result. A missing requirement should produce a question, not an invented term in an LOI.

Our outreach posture is draft first, with the human responsible for review and sending. Preparing a response does not authorize sending it, and drafting an LOI does not agree to its terms. Keep those distinctions explicit in the workflow. The assistant can move preparation forward while you retain the judgment and the relationship.

No. CRE for HubSpot is a separate CRM offering. Signal Intelligence and HAL are not currently integrated with it. A future connection is a possibility, not a feature being sold today.
