It is Diehl Development’s separate CRM offering for commercial real estate teams using HubSpot. The work centers on property and relationship information, deal pipelines, and CRE-specific fields and calculations inside that environment. It is not a renamed Signal Intelligence account.

The current implementation includes pipelines for tenant representation, landlord leasing, and investment sales, along with property and deal fields and fee calculations. Exact setup and feature availability depend on your HubSpot account and the release being installed. A walkthrough should use the workflow you actually run.

You need a HubSpot account and appropriate installation and configuration permissions. HubSpot limits vary by subscription, especially around objects, automation, and pipeline controls. We check those requirements with your account before promising a configuration. The walkthrough will confirm which subscription supports the setup you need.

No. CRE for HubSpot is currently independent of Signal Intelligence and HAL. Buying or using the CRM does not automatically provide either product or connect their data. If that changes, the integration and its scope should be described explicitly.
